St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The 2020 Annual AOH St. Patricks Day Parade will march through the Old Market area of downtown Omaha starting on 15th and Harney St.  Saturday, March 14th, 2020 starting at 10am.

Official viewing stands will be at The Old Chicago and on Howard Street.

The official AOH Post Parade party will be at Annie’s Irish Pub in Capitol District (  / ) and will have live Irish music, food and celebration!

For information on how to join the parade as a float or walking group please contact AOH Chairman of Parade at  Note: parade entries are subject to the approval of the local Hibernian Board.

St. Patrick’s Parade Entry Rules :

– Throwing materials or objects into the crowd, such as candy or handouts or other favors, is not allowed. Such items must be handed to the spectators at the curb.

– Participants shall secure and maintain adequate liability and property insurance along with required drivers licenses.

– Observe all rules and legal regulations, to include properly licensed drivers, and follow instructions from police and parade officials.

– No dangerous stunts are allowed.

– Any activity that may be construed as encouraging spectators to enter the parade route is not allowed.

– In order to complete the parade in the time allowed, please move through the judges reviewing area in a timely manner.
